Industrial seeds

• Upon (suspected) infringement, seeds and crops can be confiscated or destroyed, and farmer can be fined.  Unclear if farmer can be required to serve jail time.
• All species, including wild ones, can be privatized
• Local seeds may be privatized if “discovered”
