Confronted with pandemic related restrictions on mobility and access to resources, many communities have seen the need to maintain their ancestral knowledge concerning the production and processing of food and to share it with the younger generations as to strengthen their food sovereignty. Here we can see the example of the communities of Gamero and Evitar. They tell and sing about it.
